Partner Development Manager
Joanna is the Partnership Development Manager of the University of Dundee. She joined the University of Dundee in November 2017. As part of Educational Partnerships Development Unit her remit includes supporting schools internationalisation, managing university level education projects, developing collaborations with international partners, and supporting the University’s internationalisation strategy and operational plan.
Joanna got her PhD in Educational Economics and Management from Zhejiang University, China in 2012. During her PhD, she has got experience in studying in Technical University of Munich with the scholarship from CSC. She has worked in Zhejiang University as an academic member of staff, from which she has got more than 10 years of research and teaching experience in the area of Education Management before moving to UK in 2015, and started her new career in UK from University of Hull. Her role in her previous jobs has provided her a good track record with a good mixture from academic research to professional service, including support research in Higher Education Management and quality assurance, developing university international strategy, managing university international operational plan, supporting students international exchange, international recruitment and development in both UK and China.
邱秧琼博士目前就职于英国邓迪大学。自2017年以来邱博士在邓迪大学的职位是国际合作发展经理。其职责包括增强学校国际化、管理学校相关国际化项目、与邓迪大学的国际合作伙伴协调合作，以及落实学校的国际化战略和实施方案。
邱博士于2012年在浙江大学获得教育经济与管理博士学位。在其攻读博士学位期间获得国家留学基金委资助赴德国慕尼黑工业大学联合培养博士研究生奖学金并赴德国交流。博士毕业后她在浙大从事科研教学工作，因家庭原因于2015年赴英。此时其已在高等教育管理方面积攒了将近10年的科研经历，并在国内国际期刊论坛上发表多篇论文。2015年后邱博士开始在英国重启其职业生涯，在英国赫尔大学担任国际发展经理一职，负责赫尔大学在东亚地区的招生和国际合作，以及孔子学院的筹备与建立。邱博士的职业履历涉及科研和管理一线，包括发展高等教育国际化战略的制定与实施、国际化交流以及中英高等教育国际化的发展。
