As the founder and first Chair of the British Universities’ China Association (BUCA), Ula has demonstrated her leadership and expertise in the field of higher education. Her extensive experience and advocacy for UK Higher Education have made her a sought-after advisor and executive member at several HE bodies, including BUILA, UCAS, and ECCITS.
Ula’s personal background as an international student and the first university graduate in her family has made her a true believer in the transformative power of higher education. In her current role as the Director of International Recruitment at the University of Central Lancashire, Ula is responsible for international student recruitment.
