Director of East Asia at Malvern International
I am pleased to introduce myself, Gavin Tan, as the new Director of East Asia at Malvern International. I am thrilled to be joining such a dynamic and forward-thinking team. With over a decade of experience in the higher education sector, I am confident that my leadership and expertise will contribute significantly to the organization’s growth and success.
In my previous role as Head of International, I was responsible for driving the international recruitment strategy and achieving the organization’s recruitment targets. I also served as Deputy Head of International Recruitment and Senior Regional Manager for East Asia and South-East Asia, where I gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that international students and higher education institutions face.
I hold an MSc in Modern Communication Technology with Business Management from the esteemed University of Sussex, which has equipped me with a unique blend of technical and business skills. With my extensive experience and educational background, I am well-positioned to help Malvern International navigate the complex landscape of East Asia’s education market.
I am excited to be part of the Malvern International team, and I look forward to contributing my skills and knowledge to drive the East Asia recruitment strategy forward. Thank you for the warm welcome, and I am eager to meet and work with everyone on the team.
